Shipping Policy

Processing time

All our pieces are made to order, by hand, in our atelier in Lyon, France. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • France: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over â‚Ŧ60 within Europe. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once they've been dispatched, and we can't be held responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
