How long does it take to make my piece?

Each piece is made to order. Allow 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Express production is available — just mention it in your message.

Can I request a custom piece?

Yes. We welcome bespoke requests — different pearl colours, combined designs, or sizing adjustments. Send us a message with your idea and we'll let you know what's possible.

What if my piece doesn't fit?

All our cuffs and bracelets are adjustable. If you need help reshaping yours, we'll guide you through it. If you're not satisfied, our 14-day return policy applies.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide from Lyon, France. Delivery times and rates depend on your destination. Free shipping applies to orders over €60 within Europe.

Is the packaging suitable for gifting?

Every order arrives in our signature dark box. It's gift-ready at no extra charge. You can also add a handwritten note at checkout.

Are your pieces safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. We use fine aluminium wire that is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Our pieces are suitable for sensitive skin — just keep them dry.
