Returns & Exchanges

Our promise

Each piece is made to order and finished by hand, but if something isn't right, we want to make it right. You may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging, including the dark gift box
  • Requested within 14 days of the delivery date

Please note that earrings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How to start a return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps and provide a return address.

Adjustable sizing

Many of our cuffs and bracelets are adjustable — if your piece doesn't sit quite right, get in touch first. We're often able to talk you through reshaping it at home before you consider a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, colour, or design, we recommend requesting a return for a refund and placing a new order — this is usually the fastest way to get your replacement piece, since everything is made to order.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.

Custom & personalised orders

Bespoke or personalised pieces made to your specific request are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
